Elizabeth Pastor is the Founder and Owner of Coastal Travel Agency, which opened in 2015. She was born in Peru and grew up in Anaheim, California from the age of 15. In 2006 she moved to Corpus Christi, Texas and has been living there ever since. Her 15 years of travel experience in tourism began in California, where she graduated from Cypress College and obtained her Travel Business degree. Adding 11 years of personal travel to many parts of the world, her experiences have helped her understand the expectation, enthusiasm, and needs of travelers when planning their vacations. Her most recent exposure to travel was in Peru while working in Lima for 4 years. She had the opportunity to travel through the Andean mountains of Peru which furthered her knowledge about archaeological sites.
She returned to North Padre Island in Corpus Christi in 2014, and with the encouragement of Jay Johnson, owner of Coastline Travel Advisors, she started her own travel company, Coastal Travel Agency. The agency specializes in booking cruises, tours, and group travel to Peru and many parts of the World. Elizabeth specializes in trips to Peru that include family, single travelers, or groups. She also manages the group department and personally travels with them when necessary. She is expanding her business and opening a second office in San Antonio, Texas in November 2018. Where she is hoping to reach and bring happiness to many more travelers.
Elizabeth enjoys her business and has a strong interest in humanitarian endeavors, which is why she incorporated philanthropy into Coastal Travel Agency.
Coastal Travel's philanthropic mission is part of a global movement to incorporate tourism with humanitarian endeavors. By utilizing coastal travel services the travelers are indirectly participating in charitable endeavors of their choice. For example; when clients book their trip, we ask them if they have a preferred non-profit organization they often donate or would like to donate to... All donations come from the agency's commission and goes to that specific non-profit organization our client mentions. Clients are not asked nor are obligated to donate.
